Welcome to my updated website! Check back often as the election season heats up — I will be adding content regularly which I hope will help voters cast informed ballots.
The city’s Primary Election will be held Tuesday, May 8th. Since Indiana law requires citizens to be registered for at least 29 days before they can vote, the deadline for registering to vote in the upcoming primary is Monday, April 9 — just a few days from now.
Once you register at an address you’re good to vote — until you move, when you register again at your new address and have your old address deleted. If you have questions about your voting status, call Vigo County Voter Registration at 462-3393 during business hours. They have forms and they are happy to help.
I have forms to register you at my Downtown Campaign Headquarters, above 677 Wabash (call 232-2595). You can also download a registration form and find more info here:

Voters should also be aware that recent changes in state law require us to show a photo identification at the polling place. Is your id current? Act now to renew your Indiana Drivers License or get a state-issued id card in time for Primary Election Day on May 8th.
Watch this space for details on my campaign’s upcoming Voter Registration event, to be held downtown during the first week in April. Contact me for more info, or to volunteer your help.
